Try this Honesty Spell*: A Path to Truth

Have you ever felt like someone wasn’t being completely honest with you? Or perhaps you’ve struggled with being truthful yourself? Deception comes in many forms, from lies of omission, to white lies “for your protection” all the way to darker, outright untruths.

It happens to all of us at some time or another. You get the feeling something isn’t as it appears, or perhaps the Moon card lands on top of your querent in a tarot reading, and now your sixth sense is activated. For times when this happens to you, I have an Honesty Spell (*or ritual, if the word spell doesn’t sit well with you) to use to root out the truth.

While this is ideal for situations where you feel deception in your relationships, you can also use this Honesty Spell any time you want to foster a more open and genuine atmosphere in your interactions.

How to Perform the Spell:

• Find a Peaceful Space: Seek out a quiet, undisturbed location where you can focus without distractions.
• Visualize Your Intent: Picture the person you want to be honest with and imagine them speaking with truth and sincerity.
• Recite the Chant: Repeat these words aloud, infusing them with your intention:

“Blessed be to all that are here,
friends and spirits both far and near.
Lend me your strength your honesty and light,
so that the words I speak may fly true and right.
Help the man/woman I visualize here
to speak with truth and honesty not fear.
Lies and dishonesty hurt those so dear,
with this offering help them see that clear.
So mote it be. 

God,Goddess, spirits all,
thank you for your assistance
and coming to my call.”
