Believe You Deserve It

Don’t we all want to “Manifest your dreams!?”

If you are familiar with the term “manifesting,” then you understand the general idea that Source/the Universe/the Vortex is not only willing but desires to deliver to you what you ask for. This is achieved by believing that it is already yours through visualization, affirmations, gratitude, etc.

The saying “You attract what you put out” might not be entirely accurate in the context of manifestation. It’s less about attracting what you want and more about allowing it, because Source always wants everything for you that you want—and often more.

Just remember, amidst all the techniques, visualizations, and affirmations you use to manifest, there is one crucial element you cannot overlook: believing you truly deserve the good things you desire.

Think about it. How can you expect, or rather, allow, the Universe to deliver something you subconsciously believe you’re unworthy of? It’s like ordering a gourmet meal and sending it back, convinced you can’t cover the check, even though someone else has already picked up the tab.

Doubts are like weeds in the garden of your manifestation. They choke out the seeds of your desires, preventing them from blossoming into reality. Self-sabotage, in the form of limiting beliefs about your worthiness, can derail even the most powerful intentions.

So, how do you cultivate a deep-seated belief in your deservingness?

  • Identify and Challenge Limiting Beliefs:
    • Journaling: Regularly write down any negative thoughts or beliefs about your worthiness. For example: “I’m not good enough,” “I don’t deserve happiness,” “I always fail.”
    • Challenge Them: Once identified, actively challenge these beliefs. Ask yourself: “Where did these beliefs come from? Are they truly true? What evidence supports or contradicts them?”
  • Practice Self-Compassion: Treat yourself with the same kindness and understanding you would offer a dear friend. Acknowledge your struggles, forgive your past mistakes, and celebrate your successes.
  • Focus on Your Strengths: Make a list of your talents, accomplishments, and positive qualities. Regularly remind yourself of your strengths and the value you bring to the world.
  • Surround Yourself with Positivity: Spend time with uplifting people, engage in activities that bring you joy, and consume content that inspires and empowers you.
  • Affirm Your Worthiness: Regularly repeat affirmations that reinforce your deservingness. For example: “I am worthy of love and abundance,” “I am deserving of all good things,” “I am capable of achieving my goals.”

It is important to understand that deservingness is not about arrogance or entitlement. It’s about recognizing your inherent value as a human being and acknowledging your right to happiness, joy, and fulfillment.

By cultivating a deep belief in your own worthiness, you create a powerful foundation for manifestation. You clear the path for your desires to flow freely into your life, attracting abundance, love, and all the good things you yearn for.
