It Might be Your Aura
I recently learned this tip to easily clean your aura and I wanted to share it with you! We all have an aura, an electromagnetic field that surrounds and permeates our bodies. When we’re feeling vibrant and aligned, our aura is strong and luminous. However, daily life can take a toll, leaving us feeling drained, sluggish, and even ill. This can be a sign that our aura needs a little TLC.

Aura, or the energy that surrounds us, greatly affects our mood, emotions, and our life. Cleaning your aura can help restore balance, invite good energies, and improve your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. One of the easiest ways to cleanse your aura and let go of the harmful, negative energies is to take a salt water bath.
Signs Your Aura Needs Cleansing:
- Feeling fatigued: Even after a good night’s sleep, you feel tired and lack energy.
- Frequent illnesses: You seem to be constantly catching colds or experiencing other minor ailments.
- Emotional imbalances: You feel anxious, irritable, or depressed more often than usual.
- Difficulty concentrating: Your mind feels foggy and you struggle to focus.
- Feeling drained after social interactions: You feel depleted after spending time with certain people or in certain environments.
Why Cleanse Your Aura?
Our auras can become stagnant or depleted due to a variety of factors, including:
- Negative emotions: Stress, anger, fear, and resentment can all leave imprints on our aura.
- Environmental toxins: Electromagnetic fields, pollution, and even the energy of other people can impact our aura.
- Energy blockages: Past traumas, unresolved issues, and limiting beliefs can create blockages in our energy flow.
A Simple Cleansing Ritual: The Salt Bath
One of the easiest and most effective ways to cleanse your aura is with a hot salt bath.
- Gather your supplies:
- Epsom salts or Himalayan pink salt
- Essential oils (optional) such as lavender, rosemary, or eucalyptus
- Prepare the bath: Fill your bathtub with warm water. Add two cups of bath salts to the water and stir gently. If desired, add a few drops of your chosen essential oils.
- Immerse yourself: Step into the bath and allow yourself to relax completely. Close your eyes and focus on your breath.
- Intention setting: Set the intention to release any negativity or stagnation from your aura. Visualize the salt water washing away any unwanted energies.
- Soak and enjoy: Soak in the bath for at least 20 minutes, allowing the salt water to work its magic.
- Rinse off: Gently rinse off any remaining salt with clean water.
- Hydrate: Drink plenty of water after your bath to rehydrate your body.
Beyond the Bath
While a salt bath is a wonderful way to cleanse your aura, it’s important to remember that it’s just one tool in your self-care toolkit.
- Grounding techniques: Spend time in nature, walk barefoot on the earth, or practice yoga to reconnect with the earth’s energy.
- Meditation and mindfulness: Regular meditation and mindfulness practices can help to quiet the mind and release negative emotions.
- Crystal healing: Certain crystals, such as selenite and amethyst, are known to cleanse and purify the aura.
Remember, cleansing your aura is an ongoing process. Incorporate these practices into your daily routine to maintain a vibrant and healthy energy field.
