It’s been a busy couple weeks in the US and on top of that, my son’s sleep cycle has been out of sorts. The sleep issues are part and parcel of autism. The rest of it, well, I’m praying for change on that front, like many others I know and trying to take action where I can. This morning, however, I needed to regroup and experience some softer energy, so I started labeling some of my crystals. Handling them and focusing on their energy was very calming. This is the inspiration for today’s post. To find the calm, soothing energy I was craving, I turned to an old favorite in the crystal world: Rose Quartz.
