This morning we turned the clocks back – gaining an ‘extra’ hour of sunshine. To really bring home the time change, we are having a bright, sun-shiny day, and this reminded me of one of my favorite crystals – Golden Healer. With it’s warm color and energy to match, Golden Healer is like crystallized sunshine that you can put in your pocket.

Golden Healer is quartz with iron oxide inclusions. These inclusions, often limonite, create the stunning golden hues that range from pale yellow to deep, rusty gold. This process typically occurs in hydrothermal environments, where iron-rich fluids seep into quartz crystal formations, leaving behind their golden imprint.
